  • Nine 45 minute sessions throughout the 3 months (via Zoom, WhatsApp or phone, three calls per month). A welcome packet to help you clarify your goals and intentions & get us on the same page so we know what we will accomplish together.

  • Free email support and check-ins for the duration of our coaching sessions. You’ll receive encouraging and action-oriented followup emails from me, including your goals written out in detail, to support and move you through your week.

  • Throughout the 3 months you’ll get step by step guidance with written and video exercises and practical tools with proven strategies. We’ll look at your “why” and your “why not”, your limiting beliefs and create empowering new beliefs that make lasting change.

  • Half way through the three month process we’ll take some specific time to revisit the goals & visions you started with. Together, we’ll reevaluate, re-frame if needed & get you re-inspired.
